目的了解清远市食品卫生质量状况,找出影响食品卫生合格率的主要原因,以便加强和调整监督监测重点,进一步提高食品卫生质量,保障人民群众的饮食安全。方法按国家食品卫生标准及相关标准对清远市2010—2011年食品卫生检测数据及资料进行统计分析。结果 2010—2011年检测各类食品781份,合格样品513份,总合格率为65.69%。2010年共检测175份食品,合格149份,合格率为85.14%;2011年共检测606份食品,合格364份,合格率为60.07%;调味品合格率为99.56%,糕点为96.90%,水产品为4.55%,豆制品为7.14%。结论清远市食品的卫生质量状况不容乐观,必须不断落实《中华人民共和国食品安全法》和相关卫生法规,严格加强卫生管理,切实改善食品卫生状况,使广大群众吃上卫生、安全、有益健康的合格食品。
Objective To understand the quality of food hygiene in Qingyuan City and find out the main reasons that affect the rate of food hygiene in order to strengthen and adjust the focus of supervision and monitoring, further improve the quality of food hygiene and ensure the diet safety of the people. Methods According to the national food hygiene standards and related standards, the data of food hygiene examination and data of 2010-2012 in Qingyuan City were statistically analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2011, 781 samples of various kinds of food were tested and 513 samples were qualified. The total pass rate was 65.69%. In 2010, a total of 175 food products were tested and 149 were passed, with a pass rate of 85.14%. In 2011, 606 food products were tested and 364 were passed, with a passing rate of 60.07%. Condiment passing rate was 99.56% and pastry was 96.90% 4.55% for products, 7.14% for soy products. Conclusion The quality of food hygiene in Qingyuan City is not optimistic. We must continue to implement the “Food Safety Law of the People’s Republic of China” and related health laws and regulations, strictly enforce health management, effectively improve food hygiene and make the masses eat health, safety and healthily Qualified food.
