教师跨文化交际能力是指成功地与不同文化背景的学生沟通交流的能力。民族院校由于学校的特殊使命和学生文化的多样性,教师必须培养跨文化交际能力。本文将从多元文化理念、文化敏感性、跨文化情感态度能力、跨文化行为能力等四方面来阐述如何培养民族院校教师多元文化教育能力。
Teachers’ intercultural communication skills refer to the ability to communicate successfully with students of different cultural backgrounds. National institutions Due to the special mission of the school and the diversity of student culture, teachers must cultivate intercultural communicative competence. This article will elaborate how to cultivate the multicultural education ability of teachers in minority nationalities from four aspects: multiculturalism, cultural sensitivity, intercultural emotional attitudes and intercultural competence.
