现阶段,我国的国库集中收付制度改革取得了部分成效,但还存在很多问题需要完善。本文介绍了实行国库集中收付制度改革的必要性,对实施改革中发现的问题提出了完善改革的思考建议,希望可以对国库集中收付制度改革的进一步完善作出努力。 At this stage, some achievements have been made in the reform of centralized treasury receipt and payment system in our country, but many problems still need to be perfected. This article introduces the necessity of implementing the treasury centralized payment system reform and puts forward some suggestions on perfecting the reform of the problems found in the implementation of the reform. We hope that efforts can be made to further improve the treasury payment system reform.
