快递小哥职业认同是影响其职业发展的重要因素,与快递小哥的工作满意度、离职意向、组织承诺等密切相关,但相关研究少之又少。快递小哥的职业认同是指快递小哥在将职业角色进行内化、整合为自我一部分的过程中,通过综合评价职业期望与职业实际收益的一致性而产生的职业同一感。在深度访谈分析的基础上,课题组提出了快递小哥职业认同的结构,认为物质期望—收益的平衡是快递小哥职业认同最基本的保障性因素,社会期望—收益的状况是快递小哥职业认同的调节性因素,精神期望—收益的平衡是快递小哥职业认同的重要促进性因素,三者共同构成了快递小哥的职业认同水平。快递小哥职业认同总体上存在着明显的“短期效应”。
Express brother vocational identity is an important factor affecting their career development, and courier brother’s job satisfaction, intention to leave, organizational commitment is closely related, but with little research.
