回顾我院1例患者资料，左侧腰部隐痛2个月余，CT检查示左肾病灶，考虑肾癌可能性大。行左肾穿刺活检病理考虑为IgG4相关性疾病，检测血IgG4升高，确诊为IgG4相关性疾病。激素治疗3个月后复查血清IgG4水平下降明显，复查超声示肿块缩小明显，随访14个月肿物无复发。“,”Retrospective analysis of a case of IgG4 related disease involving the kidney in our hospital. A man came to our clinic with left back pain for two months. CT scan revealed a mass with focal enhanced located in left renal and adrenal which indicating renal cancer. We perform a preoperative biopsy which showed IgG4 related disease. Serum IgG4 level was elevated.IgG4 related disease was confirmed. After glucocorticoids therapy, the renal mass shrink and the serum IgG4 concentration were decreased.
