消化性溃疡并上消化道出血在临床上颇为常见.为了观察中西医结合对本病的疗效,笔者于1996年5月～1999年5月间对58例本病住院病例进行了对照观察,现总结如下.1 临床资料按人院次序随机分为两组.中西医结合组30例,原发病:胃溃疡18例,十二指肠球部溃疡12例.西医组28例,原发病:胃溃疡12例,十二指肠球部溃疡16例.所有病例均经胃肠钡透或纤维胃镜检查证实.出血时间1～6天不等,两组平均出血时间比较及两组性别、年龄比较无显著差异(P＞0.05).2 治疗方法中西医结合组:中药汤剂50m1,日3次,雷尼替
