近年来,为了进一步贯彻《中共中央、国务院关于构建和谐劳动关系的意见》和中央群团工作会议精神,柳州市总工会以认真落实《广西壮族自治区企业工资集体协商条例》和构建柳州市和谐劳动关系、切实维护职工权益为切入点,力推政府建立构架、搭建平台、完善机制,积极破解工资集体协商难题。通过强化顶层设计,完善以柳州市政府副市长为组长、市协调劳动关系三方四家等部门领导参与的领导构架,以纳入市绩效平台为考评机制的社会
In recent years, in order to further implement the “Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Building Harmonious Labor Relations” and the spirit of the Central Group Work Conference, the Liuzhou Federation of Trade Unions decided to conscientiously implement the “Regulations on Collective Wage Consultations of Enterprises in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region” and Construct Harmonious Labor in Liuzhou Relations, and earnestly safeguard the rights and interests of workers and staff members.
