自信心是一种反映个体对自己是否有能力成功地完成某项活动的信任程度的心理特性,中职生自信心影响个体发展和班级管理成效。作者通过分析中职生自信心与班级管理关系及现状,从了解学生、确立目标、利用活动载体、调整评价体系、适时总结表扬并加强专业认知方面提出培养中职生自信心的方法,以实现促进班级管理的目的。
