目的探讨孜然乙醇提取物对大鼠幽门结扎型胃溃疡的影响及机制。方法将大鼠随机分为生理盐水对照组、雷尼替丁组(3mg/100g)、乙醇提取物小剂量组(12.5mg/100g)、乙醇提取物大剂量组(25mg/100g)。各组每天灌胃给药,连续10 d,第9天开始禁食不禁水,末次灌药1h后,建立幽门结扎型大鼠胃溃疡模型。6h后处死,收集胃液检测各组大鼠胃粘膜溃疡指数、胃液总酸度、胃蛋白酶活性并测定溃疡指数,计算溃疡抑制率。结果孜然乙醇提取物能抑制大鼠胃液的分泌、降低胃液总酸度、减少胃液总酸排出量、降低胃蛋白酶活性,显著降低溃疡指数,与对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论孜然乙醇提取物对实验性大鼠胃粘膜损伤有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of cumin ethanol extract on gastric pyloric ulcer in rats. Methods The rats were randomly divided into normal saline control group, ranitidine group (3mg / 100g), ethanol extract small dose group (12.5mg / 100g) and ethanol extract high dose group (25mg / 100g). Each group was given gavage daily for 10 days. On the 9th day, fasting began. After the last irrigation for 1 hour, a model of gastric ulcer in rats with pylorus ligation was established. 6h after sacrifice, the gastric juice was collected to detect gastric mucosal ulcer index, total gastric acidity, gastric pepsin activity and ulceration index, ulcer inhibition rate was calculated. Results Cumin extract can inhibit the secretion of gastric juice, reduce the total acidity of gastric juice, reduce the total acid secretion of gastric juice, reduce the activity of pepsin, and significantly reduce the ulcer index, compared with the control group (P <0.05) . Conclusion The cumin ethanol extract has a protective effect on gastric mucosal injury in rats.
