现实背景下的“师德”已不再只是道德层面、教师层面上的概念,它已成为了教师素质的综合体,成为了整个学校文化的核心。因此,学校需要从文化的角度来思考和施行师德建设,营造向上的师德环境,丰富多元的师德内涵,创新常态的师德实践。
Under the realistic background, “teacher morality ” is no longer just the moral level, the concept of teachers, it has become a comprehensive quality of teachers, has become the core of the entire school culture. Therefore, the school needs to think and practice the construction of teacher’s morality from the perspective of culture, create an environment of up-grade teacher’s ethics, enrich the connotation of multiple teachers and innovate the practice of normality.
