为分析卷烟包装材料的色差,采集不同颜色油墨涂布白卡纸样品的近红外光谱,对光谱进行二阶微分、Karl Norris导数平滑及多元散射校正(MSC)预处理后,结合Gram-Schmidt正交化方法,建立包装材料色差分析模型。使用模型对待测样品进行相似度计算,并将样品的近红外法相似度计算结果与色差仪分析结果和视觉判别结果进行对比。结果表明:1当样品颜色浓度差低于5%或高于20%时,三者判断结果一致;2当样品颜色浓度差在5%~20%之间时,采用近红外法比色差仪法所得结果准确性更高;3采用近红外法对28个不同生产批次包装材料的色差情况进行判别,并通过主成分分析(PCA)和统计量Hotelling T2判别进行验证,验证结果表明采用近红外法对不同生产批次包装材料进行色差分析是可行的。
In order to analyze the color difference of cigarette packaging materials, the near-infrared spectra of different color ink-coated white cardboard samples were collected.
