目的 探讨保肾冲剂含药血清对人系膜细胞（MC）增殖及分泌炎性介质的作用。方法 应用血清药理学方法,观察不同浓度保肾冲剂含药血清对体外培养的人肾小球系膜细胞增殖及分泌IL-1β水平的影响。结果 3种浓度含药血清均能在一定程度上对抗LPS诱导的MC增殖及IL-1β蛋白质产量的增加,这种对抗作用呈现出一定的剂量依赖性。结论 保肾冲剂血清能抑制MC增殖并能干预活化MC分泌细胞因子。
Objective To explore the effect of serum containing Baoshen Granules on proliferation of human mesangial cells (MC) and secretion of inflammatory mediators. Methods Serum pharmacological methods were used to observe the effects of different concentrations of Baoshen Granule containing serum on the proliferation and secretion of IL-1β in cultured human glomerular mesangial cells. RESULTS: The three concentrations of drug-containing serum were able to resist LPS-induced MC proliferation and IL-1β protein production to some extent, and this antagonistic effect showed a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion The serum of Baoshen Granules can inhibit the proliferation of MC and can intervene to activate MC secretion of cytokines.
