为了使遍地开花的小高炉使用各种形式的蓄热式热风炉,特别是球式热风炉,就必须供给经济、高质量而稳定的净煤气。湿式的洗涤塔文氏管净化系统耗电耗水量大,煤气质量又直接受到高炉冶炼条件(如冶炼强度等)及风机能力的影响,同时洗煤气的废水又对环境产生严重的污染,特别是缺水地区就根本无法采用湿法清洗系统。因此我们和北京建材研究院配合球式热风炉的试验,与河北涉县铁厂,一起在13米~3小高炉上进行了用玻璃纤维滤布净化高炉煤气和球式热风炉的工业性试验,收到了良好的效果。
