水霉病是一种广泛存在于水体中的真菌性病原菌,无寄主选择性,目前渔业生产上主要依赖化学药物防治,导致病原菌的抗药性增强.本研究通过平板对峙培养法,筛选到5株具有拮抗活性的菌株.通过硫酸铵盐析、葡聚糖凝胶和离子交换树脂等方式进行分离纯化,从Bacillus subtilis strain TCCC11201发酵液中分离得到一个对水霉病菌具有抑制活性的蛋白,经SDS-PAGE电泳检测,其相对分子质量为2×104.菌株TCCC 11201代谢产生的活性蛋白具有防治水霉病的潜在应用价值.
