将72只雄性断乳Wistar大鼠分成三组,分别以硒含量为0.2,3.0和6.0mg/kg的饲料喂养。到第9、22和32周时测定血、肝、肾、肌肉等组织中硒含量及尿、粪硒和尿中三甲基硒离子-硒(TMSe~+-Se)的排出量。结果显示:食用含Se 6.0mg/kg饲料组的动物出现硒中毒,其组织中硒含量显著高于其它两组,而尿硒排出率则显著低于其它两组。在实验期的三个不同阶段,多数生化指标没有明显的变化,而尿TMSe~+-Se/尿总硒比值随着实验时间的延长而明显上升,第9周时为25%,第22周时上升到54%,第32周时保持这一水平不再上升。这说明大鼠对硒的解毒能力在一定限度内随年龄增长而增强。
Seventy-two male weanling Wistar rats were divided into three groups and were fed diets containing selenium levels of 0.2, 3.0 and 6.0 mg / kg, respectively.
