随着世界跨入21世纪,石油石化工业也步入成熟期。经济的全球化和知识经济的到来,使石油石化工业扩大了市场,提高了技术水平,但同时也使竞争变得更加激烈,赢利空间逐渐变小。面对市场的变化,石油企业必须从人才、一体化、战略联盟、海外市场以及品牌等方面做好文章,成功运用各种营销手段保持企业利润的持续增长和企业的不断成长。
As the world stepped into the 21st century, the petroleum and petrochemical industry has also matured. The economic globalization and the advent of a knowledge-based economy have enabled the petroleum and petrochemical industry to expand its market and improve its technological level. At the same time, however, competition has become more fierce and profit margins have become smaller. Faced with the changes in the market, oil companies must do a good job in terms of talent, integration, strategic alliances, overseas markets and brands, and successfully use various marketing tools to maintain the continuous growth of corporate profits and enterprises.
