在电力市场条件下,阻塞定价已成为阻塞管理的核心.最近,阻塞费用分摊方面的研究工作相当活跃.基于此,总结了各种交易模式下阻塞费用的计算方法,并对阻塞费用的分摊方法,即平均分摊法和责任分摊法,进行了综述.在责任分摊法中,阐述了使用程度分摊法和裁减量分摊法.
