本文报道了茶单宁、精胺、胰岛素对兔主动脉平滑肌细胞生长的影响。实验结果表明,茶单宁可抑制兔主动脉平滑肌细胞DNA合成,其半抑制剂量为160ng/3ml细胞生长液。胰岛素、精胺促进兔主动脉平滑肌细胞的生长。茶单宁能抑制胰岛素、精胺的促平滑肌细胞生长的效应。同时,整体动物实验观察到,茶单宁能从胃肠吸收,进入血循环,最终从尿中排泄。从而进一步提供了探讨饮茶以预防动脉粥样硬化的可能性。
This article reports the effects of tea tannin, spermine and insulin on the growth of rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells.
