人参果是一种新型亚热带水果,是风靡欧美澳洲的保健食品。近年来由中国农科院引入我国。人参果爽甜味美,清香多汁,具有高蛋白、低脂、低糖特点,每100克果肉含维生素 C 200毫克,既可生食,也可熟吃。它是一种多年生草本植物,寿命长达8年。既适合在农田、温室大棚,也适合苗圃、家庭院养、盆栽。在条件适宜下,成活率达95%。人参果在大田里栽种,年收二茬,亩产2000—3000公斤,收入10000元左右。且嫩枝嫩叶还是畜禽良好的饲料。其栽培管理技术是:一、种子繁殖。露地育苗一般在3—5月为宜。育苗时若气温在12℃以下,应盖地膜。出苗后,若遇烈日,中午揭膜通风,以免烧苗。
