2007年3月,在河北省37个山区县进行土壤采样,并进行室内水分化验。运用降水资源化潜力计算模型,对河北省山区降水资源化的潜力进行分析与评价。结果表明:河北省山区对降水资源化可实现富集量潜力的开发不到一半,对理论富集量潜力的开发更低,有待通过技术进步提高潜力开发程度;河北省的径流富集工程应以农村居民点为核心区域;河北省山区降水量是影响径流富集量的主导因素。
In March 2007, soil samples were collected from 37 mountain counties in Hebei Province and indoor water tests were conducted. By using the computational model of precipitation resource potential, the potential of precipitation resource in mountainous area of Hebei Province is analyzed and evaluated. The results show that mountainous areas in Hebei Province can develop less than half of the potential for enrichment of resources for precipitation, lower development potential for theoretical enrichment, and the potential to be developed through technological progress. The runoff enrichment project in Hebei Province should Taking rural settlements as the core area; Precipitation in mountainous area of Hebei Province is the dominant factor affecting the enrichment of runoff.
