教师礼仪作为教师内在道德要求和外在表现形式的统一体,是提升教师职业素养、塑造良好师表形象的重要途径,是加强优质校建设的重要内容,也是优质校教师必备的基本素质之一。从教师礼仪素养的文化内涵与教育价值入手,分析了现代教师礼仪素养的认知偏失与教育缺位,提出了提升教师礼仪素养的教育途径和方法。
Teachers’ etiquette, as an integral part of teachers’ internal moral requirements and external manifestations, is an important way to enhance teachers’ professional accomplishments and create a good teacher’s image. It is also an important part of strengthening the construction of high quality schools. It is also one of the essential qualities of quality school teachers . Beginning with the cultural connotation and educational value of teachers’ etiquette literacy, this paper analyzes the cognitive loss and lack of education of modern teachers’ etiquette literacy, and puts forward the ways and means of education to improve teachers’ etiquette literacy.
