Most Chinese-funded enterprises that invest in Africa are able to actively fulfill their corresponding social responsibilities and are affirmed by the governments and ordinary people in African countries. However, there are still many shortcomings. Among them, there are not only behavioral deviations caused by subjective cognitive deficiencies, but also limited effectiveness with limited objective ability. Promoting the non-Chinese-funded enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities is a systematic project. The Chinese government, Chinese-funded enterprises and individuals all have different responsibilities. The main bodies of all parties should fully realize their own interests and jointly contribute to the fulfillment of social responsibilities by non-Chinese-owned enterprises according to their own abilities and obligations.
