Introduction This article begins with the definition of the term, commenting on the product liability law of each country in the European Common Market. Here we will use the definition of “product” in Article 76 of the 1976 Strasbourg Convention: “The term” product “refers to all movable objects, whether raw or processed Natural, or industrial, or even a combination of something else that is movable or immovable ”. The 1976 draft directive on the agreement of the European Economic Community, amended in 1979, refers only to “movable goods for industrial production.” This definition also applies to movable objects used in the construction of buildings or installed in buildings.
