目的:分析和研究在急诊护理带教中出现医疗纠纷的原因与处理对策。方法:随机选择浙江省台州医院2012年11月~2014年11月之间,进行实习带教的急诊护理护士398例。对带教护士在急诊护理中出现医疗纠纷的原因进行简要分析,并对其采用针对性的处理培训对策。比较、分析和统计急诊带教护士在处理培训前后的医疗纠纷发生情况。结果:统计显示,398例急诊带教护士在护理中出现医疗纠纷,主要原因是不熟悉急诊科规章制度和环境与急救药品应用不当,其次为急救技术不熟练、急救流程不明确、告知行为不规范、服务意识差等。经过护理培训强化后,其医疗纠纷总发生率,明显低于培训前(P<0.05)。结论:在急诊护理带教中,造成实习护士医疗纠纷的原因主要是对急诊制度、药品等掌握不足导致,在进行培训强化后,其医疗纠纷明显减少。因此,必须要加强对急诊带教护士的针对性培训强化。
Objective: To analyze and study the causes of medical disputes in emergency nursing education and its countermeasures. Methods: A total of 398 emergency nursing nurses were enrolled in Taizhou Hospital of Zhejiang Province from November 2012 to November 2014. A brief analysis is made of the causes of medical disputes among nurses in emergency care and the corresponding training measures are adopted. To compare, analyze and count the incidence of medical disputes before and after the training of emergency nurses. Results: Statistics show that medical malpractice occurred in 398 emergency nurses. The main reason is that they are not familiar with emergency department rules and regulations, improper use of environment and emergency medicine, followed by unskilled first aid, unclear first aid procedures, Norms, poor service awareness. After intensive nursing training, the overall incidence of medical disputes was significantly lower than before training (P <0.05). Conclusion: In the emergency nursing education, the causes of medical disputes among nurse practitioners are mainly due to lack of mastery of the emergency system and medicines. After the training is intensified, the medical disputes are obviously reduced. Therefore, we must strengthen the targeted training of emergency nurses to strengthen training.
