为了更进一步观察棉酚对睾丸支持细胞的影响,本实验利用了SCE 大鼠动物模型,以组织学和组织化学方法观察服棉酚组及对照组的SCE 大鼠睾丸。服棉酚3周时,实验组仅有支持细胞的曲细精管直径比对照组小,但其横断面上支持细胞核计数却比对照组多,此时实验组睾丸支持细胞的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性也比对照组弱。服棉酚10天或3周的实验组睾丸支持细胞的脂类含量比对照组多,非特异性酯酶、酸性磷酸酶的活性也比对照组强。实验结果表明,支持细胞的改变是在棉酚的直接作用下发生的。本文提示,棉酚之所以能干扰生精过程是与其影响支持细胞的功能有关。
In order to further observe the effects of gossypol on testicular sertoli cells, we used SCE rat model to observe the testis in gossypol group and control group by histological and histochemical methods. When gossypol was used for 3 weeks, the diameter of seminiferous tubules with only supporting cells in the experimental group was smaller than that in the control group, but the number of supporting nuclei in the cross section was more than that in the control group. At this time, succinic acid dehydrogenation Enzyme activity is also weaker than the control group. The contents of lipid in testicular support cells in gossypol treated group for 10 days or 3 weeks were more than those in control group, and the activity of nonspecific esterase and acid phosphatase was also higher than those in control group. The experimental results show that the change of the supporting cells occurs under the direct action of gossypol. This article suggests that the reason why gossypol can interfere with spermatogenesis is related to its function of supporting cells.
