Q:我在一个县级市经营一家港式甜品店,选址的时候考虑到租金的负担,店面选在了背靠闹市的一条马路上,附近人流比较少。我的门面比较小,装修简单,两边是比较大的餐厅。来甜品店光顾的顾客大多冲着店里产品的口味而来,每逢夏天,店里生意很火,很多客人特意来吃我们的芒果捞。但是到了秋冬天就非常萧条,虽然店里也有核桃芝麻糊、杏仁糊等现磨热饮,但还是不能吸引顾客。夏天赚冬天赔,一年平均下来基本不赚钱,我该怎么办?
