In this paper, we solve the problem of obtaining the least-squares center and the least-squares axis in the evaluation of the shape-position error in Cartesian coordinate system. The least-square mathematical model of the shape error of the rotation surface in arbitrary space is established. Simulation results show that the model has theoretical correctness and practical feasibility
