我县落实乡村妇幼保健员的报酬的原则是不低于当地民办教师的待遇水平。其具体办法是:(1)妇幼保健的业务收入;(2)村委会每月补助5.00~20.00元(采用此法补助的有357个村,占总村数的72.3%);(3)误工补工(有83个村,占16.8%);(4)全年一次性补助50.00~200.00元(有54个村,占10.9%)。补助经费来源有二:(1)从公益金中按比例列支(占总村数的86.6%);(2)群众集资:按村居住人口数每人每年交纳防保费0.30~0.50元,统一
