目的为了解山东省医用加速器15 MV X射线在放射治疗中的使用情况及其PDD参数的准确性,探讨医用加速器应用质量控制方面存在的问题。方法对山东省使用中的15 MV医用加速器X射线的PDD参数抽点测量。结果所测51台医用加速器15 MV X射线三个深度点的PDD参数测量的相对偏差在±2%以内的,分别占58.8%、54.9%和56.9%;个别医用加速器15 MV X射线PDD参数偏差较大,其中超过±5%的分别占9.8%、9.8%和11.76%。结论须进一步加强放射治疗设备的质量控制工作,医用加速器15 MV X射线PDD参数应进一步优化,提升其偏差在±2%以内的比率,采取措施避免其偏差超过±5%。
Objective To understand the use of 15 MV X-ray in radiotherapy in Shandong Province and the accuracy of PDD parameters in Shandong Province, and discuss the problems in the quality control of medical accelerator. Methods The PDD parameters of 15 MV medical accelerator X-ray in Shandong Province were measured by spot-spotting. Results The relative deviation of the measured PDD parameters at three depth points of 51 medical accelerators was within ± 2%, accounting for 58.8%, 54.9% and 56.9%, respectively; and the variance of 15 MV X-ray PDD parameters of individual medical accelerators Larger, of which more than ± 5% accounted for 9.8%, 9.8% and 11.76%. Conclusion The quality control of the radiotherapy equipment should be further strengthened. The 15 MV X-ray PDD parameters of the medical accelerator should be further optimized to increase the deviation within ± 2% and prevent the deviation from exceeding ± 5%.
