搅拌摩擦焊被广泛应用于难以用熔化焊方法焊接的高强铝合金中,然而由于焊接过程中的热循环会对接头的强塑性产生不利影响,仍然难以得到理想的焊接质量。冷却介质的引入可以有效地减少热量的输入,从而改善接头的微观组织和力学性能。本文从温度场、微观组织和力学性能三个方面介绍了冷却介质对高强铝合金搅拌摩擦焊焊接特征的影响。
Friction stir welding is widely used in high strength aluminum alloys that are difficult to weld by fusion welding. However, due to the thermal cycling in the welding process, the strong plasticity of the joint will be adversely affected, and it is still difficult to obtain the ideal welding quality. The introduction of cooling medium can effectively reduce the heat input, thereby improving the joint microstructure and mechanical properties. In this paper, the influence of cooling medium on the friction stir welding of high strength aluminum alloy is introduced from three aspects of temperature field, microstructure and mechanical properties.
