探讨茶多酚对单纯性肥胖大鼠血清瘦素、胰岛素及血脂的影响并观察其功效。采用高脂饲料喂养建立肥胖大鼠模型,测定体重、脂肪质量形态学指标,Lee’s指数,判定其减肥效果;测定血清瘦素,胰岛素,血糖等,判定其对肥胖的影响;测定血清胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白(LD)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)等指标,判定其对血脂的影响。茶多酚高剂量组对大鼠减肥效果比较明显,且减肥同时血脂、血糖有不同程度的降低,减肥有效时血清瘦素、胰岛素水平明显降低。因此,茶多酚具有一定的降脂减肥作用,但不排除其作用是由多方机制的结果。
To investigate the effects of tea polyphenols on serum leptin, insulin, and blood lipid in obese rats and observe its efficacy. The obese rat model was established by high fat diet feeding. The morphological indexes of body weight and fat mass were measured. Lee’s index was used to determine the weight loss effect. Serum leptin, insulin and blood glucose were measured to determine its effect on obesity. Serum cholesterol and glycerol were measured. Triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein (LD), high-density lipoprotein (HDL) and other indicators were used to determine the effect on blood lipids. The high-dose tea polyphenols group has a significant effect on weight loss in rats, and at the same time, blood lipids and blood sugar have different degrees of reduction in weight loss, and serum leptin and insulin levels are significantly reduced when weight loss is effective. Therefore, tea polyphenols have certain lipid-lowering and weight-reducing effects, but its effect is not ruled out by the results of a multi-party mechanism.
