Many studies have confirmed that the pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis B (CHB) is closely related to the immune dysfunction of the body, in which cellular immunity is reduced in the chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection The mechanism of cellular immune dysfunction in CHB patients has not yet been fully elucidated. In recent years, it has been found that the activation induced apoptosis (AICD) of peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) Higher than the normal control, suggesting that AICD may lead to CHB in patients with cellular immune dysfunction is an important mechanism in this paper on the pathogenesis of AICD in CHB significance and its impact factors are summarized below.
