长治市襄垣县王桥镇五阳村,实行劳保医疗制度,保证了村民一般病症医药费用,解决了因病致穷问题,为村民带来了幸福。劳保医疗制度的具体做法是:村委会每年从集体经济收入中,给村民每人提取60元钱,作为劳保医疗费。其中30元下发村民手中,作为常见病的医药费用。剩下的30元分作两份,一份是18元,作为大病患者外出诊疗医药费的报销基金。另一份12元为村卫生所增加药品和添置器械。对村民外出医药费报销规定了四个档次:500元至1000元,报销90%;1000元至2000元,报销80%,2000元至3000元,报销70%,3000元以上报销65%。他们还规定了外出就诊程序。村民患病需先到村卫生所就诊,不能
