介绍了俄罗斯、英国、美国等国常用干线油气输送管道焊接接头加热和热处理规范。详细介绍了目前油气输送管道焊接接头的加热(包含焊前预热、焊中伴热)和焊后热处理通常采用的4种方式,即气体火焰加热、电阻加热、联合作用的电加热、中高频感应加热。分析了4种加热方式和热处理的优缺点。指出为确保管道的焊接质量,不但要正确地选择焊材、焊接工艺、制定合理的焊接规范,还应学习国外的先进经验,选择合适的加热和热处理方式及设备。
The specifications of heating and heat treatment of welded joints of oil and gas pipelines commonly used in Russia, Britain, the United States and other countries are introduced. The current methods of heating (including preheating before welding, welding with heat) and heat treatment after welding are generally introduced in detail in the current oil and gas pipeline welded joints, namely four methods of gas flame heating, resistance heating, combined action of electric heating, medium and high frequency Induction heating. The advantages and disadvantages of four kinds of heating methods and heat treatment were analyzed. It is pointed out that in order to ensure the welding quality of pipelines, not only the welding material and welding process should be correctly selected, but also a reasonable welding code should be established. Besides, we should learn advanced experience from abroad and choose appropriate heating and heat treatment methods and equipment.
