在实际生产中,遇到许多非标准螺距的螺纹。如:2.2、3.2、3.8、7.5、8.23、8.13、12.18、12.6等。车削非标准螺距的螺纹重新做挂轮是不经济的。经过计算和实践证明,四种螺纹都能够采用变换机床现有挂轮和选取适当的标准螺距进行车削加工是十分有效的。非标准螺距的公制螺纹在车削时,根据普通车床公制螺纹的运动链和改变挂轮架的速比后推导出变换挂轮和选取标准螺距的计算式为:
