数控机床是企业生产中常用的设备,由于其维修存在较大的难度,需要有专门的人来负责数控机床的维修。为了能够培养更多具有较强实践工作能力的数控维修人才,学校应当采用一些有效的手段来加强对学生该方面的教育。数控维修不仅需要理论知识的支撑,更重要的是需要具备较强的动手实践能力。本文通过分析提高数控维修实训教学成效的基本思路,寻找提高数控维修实训教学成效的具体策略,来为数控维修实训教学提供一些意见和建议,帮助学校完成数控维修的教学工作。
CNC machine tools are commonly used in the production of equipment, due to its maintenance there is a greater difficulty, need to have a dedicated person to be responsible for the maintenance of CNC machine tools. In order to be able to train more CNC maintenance personnel with strong practical skills, schools should adopt some effective measures to strengthen their education in this respect. CNC maintenance not only need the support of theoretical knowledge, more importantly, need to have a strong hands-on ability. In this paper, through analysis of the basic ideas of improving the effectiveness of numerical control training and practical teaching, looking for ways to improve the effectiveness of numerical control training and practical teaching to provide some advice and suggestions for numerical control training and teaching, to help schools to complete the teaching of CNC maintenance.
