为探索发动机电磁气门驱动(EVA)的关键技术,设计制作了试验研究用EVA装置及其开环控制系统、试验装置和测试系统,对EVA进行了电磁铁静吸力特性试验、动态试验和仿真计算。结果表明:电磁铁基本达到了设计要求;只要控制参数适当,EVA就能初始化和正常运动,但开环条件下的气门落座速度难于控制;EVA仿真计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,仿真计算可用于EVA方案优选与分析。
In order to explore the key technologies of engine electromagnetic valve drive (EVA), the EVA device for experimental research and its open-loop control system, test device and test system were designed and manufactured.
