近年来,随着科技水平的提升,同时,随着人们对生活品质要求的提升,空调在我国的发展速度可谓是日新月异,并表现出不断增长的态势。其中,钣金件作为空调的重要组成部分,无论是在运输,还是在原材料上都呈现出了价格上涨的趋势,因此,如何降低钣金件的厚度来提升空调利润率则成了首先需要面对的问题。所以本文就结合了空调钣金件的结构以后化设计以及空调钣金件冲压成形仿真进行了分析,以此希望对相关人员提供必要的帮助。
In recent years, with the improvement of science and technology, at the same time, with the improvement of people’s quality of life, the development speed of air conditioners in our country is changing with each passing day, showing an increasing trend. Among them, sheet metal parts as an important part of air conditioning, both in transport, or raw materials have shown a trend of price increases, therefore, how to reduce the thickness of sheet metal parts to improve the profit margin of air conditioning has become the first need to face Right question. Therefore, this paper combines the post-design of the structure of air-conditioned sheet metal parts and the stamping forming simulation of air-conditioned sheet metal parts, in order to provide the necessary assistance to the relevant personnel.
