在 4~ 2 2 MPa,41 0~ 480℃ ,添加 1 0 μg/g钼分散型催化剂的条件下 ,考察了辽河坨子里混合稠油的减压渣油加氢裂化性能。采用了效率因子来衡量反应条件的优劣。结果表明 ,尽管辽河减压渣油不易转化 ,但在高温、高压和短反应时间的条件下 ,可以达到较高的转化率。在 2 2 MPa,480℃ ,5 min的反应条件下 ,渣油转化为低于 5 3 8℃产物的转化率可达到 86%以上 ,甲苯不溶物收率低于 7%。而在常规加氢条件 (1 0 MPa,44 0℃ )下 ,甲苯不溶物收率为 7%时 ,转化率约为 70 %。
The hydrocracking properties of vacuum residue in Liaohe Tuozi mixed heavy oil were investigated under the conditions of 4 ~ 2 2 MPa, 41 0 ~ 480 ℃ and 10 mol / mol molybdenum dispersed catalyst. The efficiency factor is used to measure the pros and cons of the reaction conditions. The results show that, although the Liaohe vacuum residue is not easy to transform, but under high temperature, high pressure and short reaction time conditions, can achieve higher conversion rate.
