为开发梅州金柚皮植物资源提供依据。用气相色谱质谱对梅州金柚柚皮挥发油的化学成分进行分离鉴定,用峰面积归一化法确定其各组分相对含量。结果表明,在梅州金柚皮挥发油中鉴定出20种化合物,占总挥发油的99.81%,其中主要成分为柠檬烯(95.82%)、β-月桂烯(2.27%)、α-蒎烯(0.71%)、圆柚酮(0.62%),这4种成分占到总成分的99.42%。梅州金柚皮具有很大的药用开发价值。
To provide the basis for the development of Meizhou grapefruit plant resources. The chemical constituents of the volatile oil from the grapefruit peel of Meizhou were identified by gas chromatography mass spectrometry. The relative contents of each component were determined by the peak area normalization method. The results showed that 20 compounds were identified in the essential oil of Lemongrass Peel in Meizhou, accounting for 99.81% of the total. The main components were limonene (95.82%), β-myrcene (2.27%) and α-pinene , Pomelo ketone (0.62%), the four components accounted for 99.42% of the total composition. Meizhou Jinyou skin has great medicinal development value.
