[目的/意义]为了让学校决策者了解学科现状、优势与不足,促进学科内涵建设,同时让图书馆实时掌握学科建设数据信息,为学科服务和资源建设提供重要依据,设计高校学科建设数据信息平台。[方法/过程]基于Pentaho BI平台,利用Pentaho BI平台的集成工具来收集与分析来自各个学科管理部门的系统数据,通过Dataverse Network平台收集与管理来自研究人员的科研数据,从而构建高校学科建设数据信息平台,对数据进行处理、分析和挖掘,产生数据报表、多维数据分析图、仪表盘和数据分类与聚类的图表。[结果/结论]高校图书馆作为学校的文献信息中心,是学校教学工作和科学研究工作的重要组成部分,因此应当积极参与到学校学科建设数据信息平台的设计与研究工作中来,并在科研数据的收集与管理方面发挥重要的作用。
[Purpose / Significance] In order to let school policy-makers understand the status quo, advantages and disadvantages of disciplines and promote the connotation construction of disciplines, at the same time, let the library master the data of discipline construction in real time, provide important basis for discipline service and resource construction, and design the data information of discipline construction in colleges and universities platform. [Method / Process] Based on the Pentaho BI platform, the Pentaho BI platform’s integrated tools are used to collect and analyze system data from various subject management departments, collect and manage scientific research data from researchers through the Dataverse Network platform, so as to construct university discipline construction data Information platform for data processing, analysis and mining, resulting in data reports, multidimensional data analysis charts, dashboards and data classification and clustering charts. [Results / Conclusion] As a document and information center of the university, the university library is an important part of school teaching and scientific research. Therefore, it should actively participate in the design and research work of the school discipline construction data and information platform, Data collection and management play an important role.
