以TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)、DMPA(二羟甲基丙酸)、聚酯多元醇和二次扩链剂(端-NCO基PU预聚体)为主要原料,采用二次扩链法制备聚酯型WPU(水性聚氨酯),并着重探讨了DMPA含量对WPU的储存稳定性、胶膜耐水性、乳液粒径及其分布等影响。研究结果表明:在其他条件保持不变的前提下,当w(DMPA)=9%(相对于TDI质量而言)时,WPU的储存稳定性相对较好、粒径相对较小、粒径分布相对较窄且胶膜耐水性相对最好。
Using TDI (toluene diisocyanate), DMPA (dimethylolpropionic acid), polyester polyol and secondary chain extender (terminal -NCO-based PU prepolymer) as the main raw materials, Type WPU (water-based polyurethane). The effects of DMPA content on the storage stability of WPU, water resistance of the film, particle size and distribution of the emulsion were also discussed. The results show that the storage stability of WPU is relatively good, the particle size is relatively small and the particle size distribution is good when w (DMPA) = 9% (relative to the mass of TDI), while the other conditions remain unchanged. Relatively narrow and the water resistance of the film is relatively best.
