目的:探讨经尿道前列腺等离子双极气化电切术的疗效和安全性。方法:采用英国Gyrus公司提供的等离子体双极切割系统(Gyrus-Plasma Kinetic System,PKS),行经尿道前列腺切除术525例。结果:525例手术顺利,手术操作时间平均48min,平均切除前列腺35g,无输血病例,术中无闭孔神经反射及电切综合征(TURS)出现。术后平均留置导尿管时间3.6天,拔除尿管后排尿通畅,尿路刺激症状轻。术后随访6~12个月,无尿失禁、尿道狭窄等并发症。全部病例排尿通畅,前列腺症状评分从术前26.0降至5.6,平均最大尿流率从术前8.2ml/s增至21.0ml/s。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子气化术是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of transurethral plasmapapillary gasototomy. Methods: A total of 525 cases underwent transurethral resection of the prostate using the Gyrus-Plasma Kinetic System (PKS) provided by the British Gyrus Company. Results: 525 surgeries were performed successfully and the operation time was averagely 48 minutes. There was an average of 35 g of prostate resection without any transfusion. There was no obturator nerve reflex and TURS during operation. Postoperative average indwelling catheter time 3.6 days after removal of the urinary tract urination, urinary tract irritation light. Follow-up 6 to 12 months after surgery, no incontinence, urethral stricture and other complications. Urinary patency in all cases, prostate symptoms score decreased from 26.0 preoperative to 5.6, the average maximum flow rate increased from 8.2ml / s preoperative to 21.0ml / s. Conclusion: Transurethral vaporization of the prostate plasma is a safe, less complications and effective surgical methods.
