柴油机机体是柴油机总成的关键部位,它是箱体类工件中结构最为复杂,加工难度最大,同时也是检测项目最多的部件之一。在以往的检测过程中,由于其位置公差多,控制要求严,而检测手段相对落后,因而一直存在测量效率低、测量精度差等一系列问题。使用三坐标测量机检测零件比用传统的专用设备进行测量可以节省70%到80%的时间,并且可以大大地提高测量精度和减轻劳动强度。
Diesel engine body is a key part of the diesel engine assembly. It is one of the most complicated components in the box-type workpieces and the most difficult to process. It is also one of the parts with the largest number of test items. In the past testing process, due to its location tolerance and control requirements, and relatively backward detection means, which has low measurement efficiency, poor measurement accuracy and a series of problems. Using CMM to measure parts saves up to 70% to 80% of the time compared to using traditional special equipment, and can greatly improve the measurement accuracy and reduce labor intensity.
