本文提出了流动注射络合荧光法同时测定微量强力霉素和维生素B_2新方法。在中性条件下,维生素B_2在汞灯激发下于520hm发射荧光,而强力霉素与0.10mol/L MgSO_4溶液快速反应生成的荧光络合物也在520nm发射荧光,它们的荧光强度在维生素B_2和强力霉素浓度比为10∶1~1∶25范围内有加合性,由此同时测定了混合物中的维生素B_2和强力霉素。本法测定尿液中维生素B_2和强力霉素的回收率为95%~102%。
