4月16日,2003年全国技术产权交易机构研讨会在成都都江堰金叶宾馆召开。 值得注意的是,这样一个看上去规格不低的全国性会议主办者是科技部中国技术市场管理促进中心。这样一个机构具有的“官方”和“民间”双重背景,显然可能使会议的意义超越一般意义的“研讨”。 同样值得注意的是此次会议上7家技术产权交易机构发出的一则倡议。这则倡议呼吁创建“全国技术产权交易联合交易系统”。 On April 16, 2003, a seminar of national technology exchange institutions was held in Jinye Hotel, Dujiangyan, Chengdu. It is noteworthy that such a seemingly low-profile national conference sponsor is the Ministry of Science and Technology China Technology Market Management Promotion Center. The dual background of “official” and “folk” such an institution may obviously make the significance of the conference go beyond “seminar” in the general sense. Also worth noting is an initiative from seven technology equity exchanges at the conference. This initiative calls for the creation of a “national joint exchange system for technology property transactions.”
