教师的专业化水平程度决定了我国高职院校的办学水平。随着高职院校师资队伍不断壮大,高职院校教师专业能力发展出现了短板效应。加强高职教师专业能力主要从教师教学能力、创新能力和专业实践能力几方面展开研究。
The level of professionalization of teachers determines the level of running schools in our country. With the contingent of teaching staff in higher vocational colleges, the short-board effect appears in the development of professional competence of teachers in higher vocational colleges.
