目的探析口腔组织补片联合骨粉治疗Ⅲ°根分叉病变的临床效果。方法92例Ⅲ°根分叉病变患者作为研究对象,根据随机分配原则分为观察组与对照组,各46例。对照组患者接受口腔组织补片治疗,观察组患者则接受口腔组织补片联合骨粉治疗,对两组临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果(1)两组患者治疗前患牙探诊出血率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组探诊出血率为(15.34±0.23)%,对照组探诊出血率为(17.86±0.25)%,两组探诊出血率均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)两组患者治疗前探诊深度对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组探诊深度为(2.91±0.18)mm,对照组探诊深度为(3.89±0.26)mm,两组探诊深度均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)两组患者治疗前附着水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月,观察组附着水平为(4.89±0.28)mm,对照组附着水平为(4.92±0.38)mm,两组附着水平均优于治疗前(P<0.05),而组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论口腔组织补片联合骨粉治疗Ⅲ°根分叉病变的临床效果较为显著,有促进牙周组织再生的作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oral tissue patch combined with bone meal in the treatment of Ⅲ ° bifurcation lesions. Methods Ninety-two patients with stage Ⅲ ° bifurcation disease were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of random distribution, with 46 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received oral tissue patch treatment while patients in the observation group received oral tissue patch and bone meal treatment. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results (1) There was no significant difference in bleeding rate between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). At 3 months after treatment, the bleeding rate in the observation group was (15.34 ± 0.23)%, while in the control group The bleeding rate was (17.86 ± 0.25)%. The hemorrhage rate in both groups was better than that before treatment, and the observation group was superior to the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). (2) There was no significant difference in the depth of exploration between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). At 3 months after treatment, the observation depth was (2.91 ± 0.18) mm in the observation group and (3.89) ± 0.26) mm. The probing depth of both groups was better than that before treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). (3) There was no significant difference in the level of adhesion between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). At 3 months after treatment, the attachment level in the observation group was (4.89 ± 0.28) mm, and that in the control group was (4.92 ± 0.38) mm, the attachment levels of both groups were better than before treatment (P <0.05), while there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of oral tissue patch combined with bone meal in the treatment of Ⅲ ° bifurcation lesion is more significant and has the effect of promoting periodontal tissue regeneration.
