The great significance to the Revolution of 1911 has been basically affirmed in the past 90 years, with the difference only ranging from high to low. However, since the 1980s, a handful of books and articles hold that the Revolution of 1911 interrupted the modernization led by the Central Government in the late Qing Dynasty. The “democratic constitution” and “social revolution” summoned by Sun Yat-sen and others were beyond the stage of historical development Radical expression. The underlying implication is that the revolution not only failed but also fundamentally lacks a positive contribution. In response to this assumption that runs counter to the logic of history, this article intends to apply the positive implications of this revolution to the front.
