成本管理作为一种价值管理,是一项综合性极强的经济管理活动,它贯穿于医院运营的各个环节,涉及管理的各个部门.新形势下,如何进一步加强医院财务管理,调动全员控制成本的积极性,使成本管理延伸到医院管理的各个环节,从而形成各部门共同参与、全方位控制的成本管理网络,不断降低医院运行成本就显得尤为重要.
